Incident Shuts I-81 For Miles In Rockbridge (Developing)

An incident along I-81 closed the roadway for several miles in Rockbridge Tuesday afternoon, April 16.

The VDOT site shows multiple responder vehicles at the scene as of 3:15 p.m.

The site says only that an incident was reported at in the northbound lanes at mile marker 203 and backups were approximately 4 miles.
